這是一支陪你練英文聽力的影片，我選了《Friends 六人行》 中很好笑的一段帶大家練習，這篇文章也提供完整字幕，有需要的人可以參考囉！
我會用以下四個步驟進行練習：
Step 1. 完整看完一段影片
Step 2. 慢速度再聽一次
Step 3. 句子解說
Step 4. 再看一次影片，聽得更懂了！
以上比起練精聽的五步驟，這樣子練算是比較簡易版本的練習，不過如果隨時都能保持這個習慣，長期下來，對於聽力也是有很大的幫助的喔！
我自己從大學時期就一直有這樣的習慣，邊追劇邊喃喃自語練聽力同時也練口說，覺得是一個超棒又輕鬆好玩的學習方式。分享給大家囉！

Chandler: Listen, I need to ask you a favor, and we can’t tell Monica anything about it.
Joey: I thought you guys didn’t have secrets.
Chandler: That will remain the official party line. Look, Monica and I are having a little financial trouble.
Joey: Yeah, I know.
Chandler: What? What do you mean, you “know”?
Joey: Well, I just figured it out, you know? I mean, you’re not working, and the economy is bad.
Chandler: Oh, right.
Joey: That is the fastest I have ever thought.
Chandler: Anyway…I need to borrow some money.
Joey: Oh, sure. Yeah, how much? Two thousand dollars?
Chandler: Yes, $2000 exactly. How did you know that?
Joey: I know how much you used to make, and I know how much your rent is.
Chandler: Oh, okay.
Joey: I am on fire.
Chandler: Listen, this is really nice. Did you write a check to Monica for $2000? Did Monica borrow money from you?
Joey: Kind of.
Chandler: I can’t believe her. Did she tell you we were having money problems?
Joey: No, no, no. It wasn’t because of your money problems. It was for something for her.
